Solid as a Ghost
Quick drabble for hp100 Nothing fancy. U rating(G for the yanks amongst you.)
He keeps rasping in fags and fumes. They do no damage – there’s nothing left to damage. But if you’re lucky, once every black moon (like roses – rarer than blue,) you feel solid. It’s worth it for that.
It’s why he bothers with Peeves. Explosions and gases that = corpo(real). Peeves knows how to go with a bang. Get the biggest buck, the most smoke; thick banners of black and white and grey, curling from nose, mouth and out. It’s worth it, for a moment of being solid.
Tom’d do anything to be a real boy again. Solid as a ghost.
